Thank you for reporting your Truestream fiber outage. Once you complete this form, your outage will be reviewed and included in restoration efforts. We are currently rebuilding parts of our Truestream fiber network due to the catastrophic ice storm that impacted northern Michigan. Our focus has been on electric restoration and we are now shifting to fiber network restoration.
Please fill this form out once. If you have already reported your outage to our office, you do not need to fill out this form. Thank you for your patience as we work to safely and effectively rebuild the network and restore Truestream to your location.

PLEASE DO NOT remove any damaged equipment or wires for fiber or electric service. This is for your safety and to ensure compliance. We are working with the state to comply with all guidelines, and this debris will be removed safely and professionally in the near future.
