Are you a Great Lakes Energy member interested in finally having the high-speed internet you deserve? Follow the steps below to check Truestream availability in your area, register, and get progress updates:

4 easy steps to check your eligibility and/or register for Truestream service:

Click MY ACCOUNT and log into your GLE/Truestream account.

Click the banner at the bottom of the screen. 

Select your service address and continue to check your eligibility and/or register.

If you’re able to complete your registration online, please complete your site plan! To expedite the process, submit your site plan digitally.

If you are using a mobile device, select “Cancel” if you are prompted to ‘learn more’ about the app and proceed to the account login page. Registration is not available through the app at this time.

If you have not created an online account yet, select “New User.” Step-by-step new user instructions can be found HERE. 

Please note, Truestream is available to Great Lakes Energy electric cooperative members. As we work through multiple phases of construction, interest shown for service will be one of a few key factors for determining the evolving construction of the Truestream fiber network.
